After running a playgroup for 7 years then working as a LSA (1:1 Learning Support Assistant) at Brewster Avenue School for 4 years, which I found really rewarding, I was offered a post at St Augustine’s in 1996 as a LSA, 20 years ago, where has that time gone? My two grownup children attended this school, so I have seen many changes mostly for the better. I have worked in both lower and upper school and have supported many children with all different special needs. My other jobs during my time here have been cleaner, midday supervisor and governor. My new opportunity at the moment in school is teaching different aspects of art one afternoon a week.
