Bio
I have recently joined the board of governors at St Augustine’s School. Until I retired a few years ago, I taught in classes throughout the school and I thoroughly enjoyed my 14 years working here so I feel both thrilled and privileged to be back as a governor.
I am a member of the Personnel and Curriculum committee and look forward to contributing to the development of the school as it continues to grow.
As a teacher, I considered the Christian life of the school to be of real importance and as a governor I will maintain an active interest in the church contacts, R.E teaching and Christian character of St Augustine’s.
Away from school I enjoy my garden, birdwatching, theatre going and my family. I volunteer at Stamford foodbank and I am a member of the local Children’s Society committee.
